Hi Diva,

Hey! I’m Delaney Brown (she/they).

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas (yeehaw!) and moved to New York at eighteen to earn my BFA in Musical Theatre from Pace University. Instead of starting my junior year, I joined the 1st National Tour of Jagged Little Pill as a member of the ensemble, understudying Mary Jane and Bella Fox, and serving as an internal swing. I stayed with the company for the entire duration of the tour.

After tour, I returned to school and officially earned my BFA! Since then, I’ve performed as Stasia in the out-of-town tryout of Rutka: The Musical at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and got to fulfill one of my dreams of playing Jenna Hunterson in Waitress: The Musical at Michigan Stage.

Outside of performing, I’m allergic to avocado (tragic) so I spend alot of time avoiding them. Love baking, and used to swim competitively — I finally found a gym in the city with a pool that doesn’t cost a million dollars (and i’m gate-keeping so sorry), so I’ve been loving that.
